/ Web design, Illinois and remote
Websites that capture the lead, for Illinois businesses.
Most small business websites are brochures. A visitor reads, leaves, and maybe calls later. New Face Design builds the other kind: the site takes the booking, collects the payment, or captures the request while the visitor is still on the page, and hands it to the systems that run your day.
The same engineer who wires your missed-call texting and your quoting builds the website, so the two are one system from the first day rather than two vendors pointing at each other.
What a lead-capture website includes
Booking on the page
Open slots from your real calendar, booked without a phone call, with the confirmation and the reminder sent for you.
Payments built in
Deposits, invoices, and packages paid through Stripe on the site and recorded where your books already live.
Forms that route
Quote requests, intake, and contact forms land in the right inbox, CRM, or sheet, tagged and followed up, instead of one shared address nobody owns.
Fast on a phone
Built on Next.js and served from Vercel, so the page is up before a visitor standing in a parking lot gives up on it.
Local search done properly
Structured data, a page for each town you serve, and the technical basics handled, which is the part most small business sites skip.
Yours to keep
You own the domain, the code, the analytics, and every account. If we stop working together, the site keeps working.
Redesign or new build
Most sites need wiring, not replacing.
| Redesign | New build | |
|---|---|---|
| Your site today | Exists, the brand is fine, but it does not capture anything | No site, or a platform that has hit its ceiling |
| What changes | Booking, payments, and routed forms wired into the pages you have; speed and mobile fixed | Everything, designed around the two or three actions you want a visitor to take |
| Platform | Stays where it is when that is sensible, WordPress included | Custom on Next.js, hosted on Vercel |
| How long | Weeks | A few more weeks |
Real builds
A Chicago-area pool service company
A website with Stripe payments and lead capture, with every lead confirmed and tracked through to close instead of dying in a full voicemail box.
A freight forwarder
Quote, import, export, and general inquiry intake, each form arriving structured and routed to the right desk.
Full case studies go up as each client signs off on the details. See the work page.
Web design across Illinois
Home base is St. Charles, and the Fox Valley towns each have their own page covering websites as well as automation. Beyond them, the work happens over a screen share for any business in Illinois, or outside it.
What a website costs
- Starter
- $500
- then $99/mo after 30 days
- Growth
- $1,000
- then $249/mo after 60 days
- Full System
- $5,000
- then $499/mo after 90 days
A website is quoted the same way as everything else here: a free 20 minute audit, then a fixed number from these tiers, set by how much has to be wired in behind the pages. The monthly keeps the site monitored, updated, and fast, and it is cancellable. See what each tier includes.
Asked about websites
- 01Do you build on WordPress, Squarespace, or something custom?
- Custom by default, on Next.js hosted on Vercel, because that is what keeps a site fast and lets booking, payments, and forms be wired in directly rather than bolted on with plugins. If you already have a WordPress site that does its job, it can usually stay and get wired up instead of replaced. The audit settles which.
- 02Will the new site rank on Google?
- It will have what a site needs to rank: fast pages, structured data, a page for each town you serve, and copy written for the questions your customers type. Nobody can promise a position. What I can promise is that the technical side will not be the reason you are missing.
- 03What happens to the website if we stop working together?
- It keeps running. You own the domain, the code, the hosting account, and the analytics from the first day, and the handoff docs explain how each piece connects. The monthly covers monitoring and updates, and it is cancellable.
- 04Can the website feed the software we already run?
- Yes, and that is most of the point. Forms land in your CRM or your spreadsheet, bookings go on your real calendar, and payments record where your books already live. The site is built on what you already pay for, the same way the automation is.
