Map the busywork
A free 20 minute call. We walk through your week and rank the repetitive work by the hours it costs you. You keep the process map whether we work together or not.
I take the repetitive work in your business and hand it to systems that run themselves, whatever kind of business you run. Your team keeps the work that needs a person. I take the grind, and you get your time back.

02 / How it works, three steps from first call to live system
Three steps, and the first one costs you nothing. There is no discovery phase that runs a quarter and ends in a slide deck.
A free 20 minute call. We walk through your week and rank the repetitive work by the hours it costs you. You keep the process map whether we work together or not.
I wire the automation around the workflow you already have: your phones, your calendar, your invoicing. You approve every step.
The system goes live with logging on every action, and anything unusual gets routed to a person. I tune it as your business changes.
03 / Who it's for
“The dull workleaks the money.”
Most businesses run on the same handful of things: a phone that keeps ringing and follow-ups where every miss costs real money. Here are three I know inside out, and the same systems fit plenty more.
Don't see your business? If your day runs on phone calls and follow-ups, the same systems fit. We start with a process audit either way, and I only build what pays for itself.

04 / Pricing, build it once then keep it running
You pay once to get the system built, then a flat monthly to keep it running. Each tier includes the one before it. Every one starts with the free audit, so you get a fixed number before anything is built.
For one nagging bottleneck
then $99/mo
after your first 30 days, included
For the workflow that eats your week
then $249/mo
after your first 60 days, included
For running the whole operation on rails

What the monthly covers
Monitoring, so you hear about a broken step from me and not from a customer. Fixes when one of your tools changes on you, which they do, plus small adjustments as your pricing, staff, and schedule shift. Cancel anytime, and the system you paid to build stays yours either way.

05 / Results, real systems in production right now
A Chicago-area pool service company stopped losing inquiries to a full voicemail box
A website with Stripe payments, and every lead confirmed and tracked through to close.
A freight forwarder turned quote, import, export, and general inquiries into structured requests
Requests land in ops ready to action, so nobody retypes them out of an email thread.
A mortgage pro gets a list of early-intent homebuyer leads delivered to him
A custom engine scans, scores, and delivers prospects automatically.

06 / The builder behind the systems

Peter Górski
Founder & automation engineer
You work with me directly, from the first call through to the system running inside your business.
I'm Piotr Górski, founder of New Face Design. For 15+ years I've built and run the systems that keep businesses online and secure at scale.
I started in Web & Design, leading redesigns for businesses who needed more than “just a website.” From there I moved into Subscription & Streaming, then Cloud, DevOps, and Data Engineering, where the job was making enterprise-scale projects for global brands run smoothly.
Today those skills go into automation: workflows and assistants that cut out the repetitive work and give business owners their time back.
Personal side
I'm also a husband, father, and strength athlete. Outside client work you'll find me training in the gym, coaching youth baseball, or serving in my local parish. Faith, strength, and perseverance shape how I build systems, too.
The path here
Redesigns and builds for businesses who needed more than “just a website,” with integrations wiring the front end to the back office.
Worked on the subscription flows and payment systems behind CraveTV, Formula 1, Disney+/ESPN+, D23, and Marvel Unlimited.
Managed pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, with ETL workflows that move and validate millions of records.
Now those same skills go into automation: workflows and assistants that take the repetitive work off an owner’s plate.
Why that matters for you
Most small and mid-sized companies don't need a giant IT department. They need someone who can:
Take big-company systems thinking and apply it to their scale.
Build websites and automations that bring in leads and run in the background.
Create data workflows that save time and reduce errors.
Make sure the tech is secure and documented well enough that the team keeps using it.
That is the whole job at New Face Design. The playbook is the one I used at enterprise scale; only the size of the business changes.
07 / Why me
I've built DevOps pipelines, data migrations, and enterprise-grade sites for global brands. Small and mid-sized businesses can have the same engineering for a fraction of what those brands paid.
You get an engineer rather than an agency mill. The person who scopes your system is the person who builds it, monitors it, and answers your email.
Advice and a slide deck.
I'm here to make your operations run like a machine.
Just systems that make you money while they look good doing it.
08 / Questions
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. The audit is free either way.
Builds start at $500 one-time, with $1,000 and $5,000 tiers for bigger systems. After an included run-in period, a flat monthly keeps the system monitored and tuned, from $99. You get a fixed number from the free audit before anything is built, and the monthly is cancellable anytime.
No. New Face Design works with businesses throughout Illinois and remotely beyond it. The studio is based in St. Charles, and the work happens over calls and screen shares, with on-site visits when they help. Whether you are in the Fox Valley, Chicagoland, downstate, or another state, the work runs the same way.
Most first systems ship within a few weeks. The free process audit tells you what is realistic before you commit a dollar.
No. New Face Design builds around the tools you already use: your phones, calendar, spreadsheets, CRM, and invoicing. The system fills the gaps between those tools, which is where the manual work lives.
Every system ships with logging and a human handoff. Unusual cases route to your team, and you can review every action the system took.
Peter Gorski does, personally. Every system is scoped, built, and monitored by the same engineer, so you are never handed off to an account manager or a junior team.
No, that is the point. You explain how the work happens today, and New Face Design handles everything technical and hands you a system your team can run on its own.
Businesses of all types. Any business whose day runs on phone calls, scheduling, quoting, and follow-up has the same repetitive work worth automating. Trades, dental practices, and property management are the three shown on this site, and the same systems fit plenty more.
A free 20 minute call that maps where your time goes. You walk through how work moves through your business today, and you leave knowing which steps are worth automating, what that would cost, and what it would save. There is no obligation to build anything.
09 / Start here, a free 20 minute call
We map where your week goes and pick out the first process worth automating. You keep the map either way, and there is no deck to sit through at the end.
