How a month works

A free audit of your phone line, website and Google profile, then the build: text back on your number, booking or a quote form on your site, the follow-ups, and the review requests. All of it runs on the tools you already pay for where they can do the job.
Run
The system runs every day. Once a month you get a one-page report: calls missed and caught, bookings, quotes chased, reviews in. Then one improvement ships, picked from what the numbers show.
Changes

Asked about the Lead System
- 01How is this different from the build tiers?
- With a tier you get a system built for you, and the monthly keeps it monitored. With the Lead System the whole lead side is run for you: the review requests go out, the follow-ups get tuned, and the monthly report and improvement happen without you asking. If you would rather own a build and run it yourself, the tiers start at $500.
- 02Do I need a new website?
- Usually not. Most sites can take a booking button, a quote form and a click-to-call number without a rebuild. If yours cannot work on a phone at all, the audit will say so and quote a rebuild separately before anything is signed.
- 03Is there a contract?
- The first 3 months are the commitment, because that is how long it takes for the numbers to mean something. After that it is month to month, and you keep your accounts, your number and your website if you stop.
- 04Who sends the texts and review requests?
- Your business does. Messages go out under your name, from your number where your phone provider allows it, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again. The carrier registration that business texting requires is part of the setup.
- 05I have two locations. Does the price change?
- Each extra location adds its own number, calendar and review link, so multi-location offices are quoted from the audit. The quote is fixed before anything is built.
