# New Face Design pricing

Business automation builds are priced in two parts: a one-time build fee, then a
flat monthly plan that keeps the system monitored and tuned. The monthly starts
only after an included run-in period and is cancellable anytime. The built
system belongs to the client either way. Each tier includes the one below it.

Every engagement starts with a free 20 minute process audit, which produces a
fixed quote before anything is built. No obligation to build.

## Starter

- One-time build fee: $500
- Monthly plan: $99/month, starting after the first 30 days (included in the build fee)
- Who it is for: one nagging bottleneck
- Includes:
  - One automation, built and live
  - Missed calls, intake forms, or booking
  - Wired into the tools you already pay for
  - Handoff docs so your team can run it
  - 30 days of monitoring and tuning

## Growth

- One-time build fee: $1,000
- Monthly plan: $249/month, starting after the first 60 days (included in the build fee)
- Who it is for: the workflow that eats your week
- Includes everything in Starter, plus:
  - Up to three connected workflows
  - Quotes and proposals drafted for you
  - Follow-up sequences that chase the job
  - A dashboard showing what ran and when
  - 60 days of monitoring and tuning

## Full System

- One-time build fee: $5,000
- Monthly plan: $499/month, starting after the first 90 days (included in the build fee)
- Who it is for: running the whole operation on rails
- Includes everything in Growth, plus:
  - Intake to invoice, wired end to end
  - Phone and chat assistant, always on
  - Custom reporting built on your data
  - Team training and an SOP hub
  - 90 days of monitoring and tuning

## Larger builds

Custom scope beyond Full System is quoted from the free process audit.

## Digital business card

A productized one-page build, priced separately from the tiers above.
